The letter below was hand delivered to the Harrow Council offices on June 6th 2021 and to date I have had no response from the Headd of Planning or the Planning Officer dealing with the development!  Does this show the contempt the Council have to residents concerns or am I just cynical?

You will, I am sure, be aware of a petition, signed by over 2,500 objectors and submitted to Council on the 19th November 2019, opposing the proposed development at 265 The Ridgeway, HA2 7DA.  Since the petition was submitted hundreds more signatures have been added.

I understand the original application has been amended in minor ways that do nothing to satisfy our concerns and objectors are anxious that when the amended application is considered, this petition will be put before Councillors and any relevant committees.  This will ensure they are made aware of the depth of local feelings against this unsuitable development and I trust you are able to confirm this will be the case.
