Local residents asked for an extension for the date for comments to be sent to planning as letters were sent out over a Bank Holiday and the post proved to be erratic. Also the planning officer dealing with the application was on leave which left a 7 day window to understand the plans, get answers to queries and write their objections!

The extension has been declined and worryingly the date of the planning meeting, originally scheduled for the end of May has been brought forward to May 4th which conveniently comes before the lifting of the requirement for Zoom meetings!  

Call me cynical but make up your own mind about that!
