On top of the thousands of flats that have been built in Harrow town centre, Kodak and any other strip of land developers can get their hands on, there are now plans afoot to build 200 more concrete boxes on the Waitrose site in South Harrow!  Together with the 195 ‘dwellings’ at 265 The Ridgeway.
