I've experienced the neglect and misconduct within the Brockport School District firsthand. The environment is unclean, the staff is disrespectful, and many, including myself, suffer under a system that ignores the cries for help. After a prolonged day of reporting harassment and bullying, nothing was done until the situation escalated physically. The lack of response from school authorities is aggravating and unacceptable. 

There's a significant problem in how Brockport schools handle issues related to student welfare and safety. Reports of sexual assaults, abuse, and mistreatment by both students and staff are ignored and yet those in need of support are often dismissed and told to 'go back to class'. This not only silences victims but also cultivates a toxic environment where serious matters are swept under the rug.

The Brockport School District must take immediate action to address these deeply embedded issues. We need more stringent policies on misconduct, a dedicated team to handle grievances related to abuse, and an independent oversight committee to ensure accountability. Ensuring regular cleanliness of facilities and mandatory sensitivity training for all staff members will also be critical steps towards positive change.
