Justice

Justice means fairness. It means protecting the innocent, punishing the guilty, and ensuring no one is above the law. It means laws that prevent harm and hold people accountable for their actions.

But what does justice mean to you, Australia? Does it mean releasing rapists, murderers, and repeat offenders back onto our streets? Does it mean standing by while the worst of society act without consequence? The answer should be a clear no—but our system no longer agrees.

We’ve seen teenage criminals released for “family holidays,” and accused rapists granted bail after horrific crimes. Each day brings new stories of offenders being prioritised over victims. Meanwhile, our leaders show more concern for ISIS brides who betrayed Australia than for everyday Australians who simply want to feel safe.

The tragic case of Iryna Zatsuka showed us what happens when judges fail to act—an innocent young woman lost her life because justice was denied not once, but fourteen times. How many more lives must be destroyed before someone is held accountable?

The Reality

Our communities are breaking down. Families are living in fear. Criminals are being rewarded, while victims are forgotten. A government and justice system that protect offenders instead of the people have failed their duty.

The Call to Action

✅ Hold judges accountable.
Judges who repeatedly release violent offenders must face real consequences—loss of position, investigation, and where necessary, imprisonment.

✅ Demand leadership accountability.
Leaders who fail to protect Australians must answer for the harm caused by their inaction.

✅ Rebuild the justice system.
We need a system that protects victims, not criminals. That rewards responsibility, not recklessness. That restores faith in us as a nation.
