Despite having learning and mobility difficulties Shelagh Brooks aka Morag Brooks has been bullied out of her Fife Council property in Burntisland by a well know group of trouble making drug users. Mrs Brooks has been spat on and verbally abused and fife Council are refusing to either move Mrs Brooks away from the troublesome group or ideally deal with the group in question. We call on Fife Council to drop the points based system which is failing Morag and use more of a common sense approach to get her back to living independently after having to flee to a friends house as she was living in fear.
