So.. I figured I should try to keep everyone who was kind enough to sign this petition updated here as well as on dodge-dart.org's forum. About a month after creating this petition I was involved in a conference call with FCA execs and a uconnect engineer. They seemed genuinely interested in addressing OUR concerns with the RB5 unit and explained some of the pitfalls of the unit. Basically it was designed in 2010 and will be phased out this year (2017) with any support for it to end in 2018. Since that phone call I have been providing more detailed information on specific failures I experience, but unfortunately it seems we're hit the back burner and I have not had any responses to emails or updates from anyone from FCA in a few months. If that changes I will let you all know.
