*Updates* Met BSC team on 1st April for a joint inspection to go through the rectified defects. Most (95%) of the defects were rectified. i.e slanted MBR ceiling , slanted and not flushed skirtings, scratches on door handle, scratches on door frames, etc.
We are grateful to BSC and their team of workers for this. The remaining 5 % are insignificant hence we will just accept it and move on as we understand that nothing is perfect in this world.
The team of workers are working really hard to rectify our defects. Ever since our feedback reaches the relevant parties, the BSC team'd put in their utmost commitment in the rect works. Give them time & all will be sorted out. The workers are having a really busy schedule.
With that, I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the entire team for looking into my highlighted issues. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule in making the rectification works a success (eventually)!
Lastly, i think although the residents were disappointed with the workmanship and shoddy rectification works, what they need is assurance from relevant parties to ensure these (defects) would be well taken care off.
