Our Wildland Hotshot Firefighters are not being fed properly. They are not being provided real food, or enough, if at all. Burning 10,000+ calories per day to save our forests, our homes, our country from burning over and in return they are given processed foods lacking any protein or nutritional value - think uncrustables, children’s size cereal and fruit cups - putting them at a 8,500+ calorie deficit. They are still working for 14 days straight without any access to find their own food. Hired caterers are responsible for feeding them and most of them take the money and give them little to nothing in return. These men and women are still working to save our country and they are starving. 

Please help us in taking a stance. The US Forest Service needs to make big changes.
