I recieved my card in the mail a few days ago with my tax refund and stimulus. When I got my card I immediately opened my account and withdrew all the money from a bank atm. I used Tax Slayer as my preparer. Greendot has a number 8774636941 it is greendot. I used the number to update my adress on it to recieve my card. It is a direct line however greendot still will not be able to answer some of your questions like where your money is. Some people have used greendot over two years with no problem then all of a sudden money is missing or they can't access their account. This petetion must be shared to those going to greendot facebook page to complain. I'm still trying to help although I already got my card and money. Please help eachother because some just don't know what to do. Greendot is still deleting comments and as you and I know greendot isn't doing something right. This is some unfortunate times we are in and a lot of people need help, so please please share this petetion because greendot has been getting away with this for many years. Whatever you do keep a record, write names down of people you talked to with their job id # and the date. Have a great day and be blessed!
