We, the citizens of Flint Michigan, wish to have our water pods restored until all of our lead pipes and galvanized pipes are replaced. We would like to be able to have clean water, which the pods provided in the past few years, until we KNOW that our water is safe. While state testing shows that lead levels have improved, it is also true that as long as our pipes are being worked on and replaced, lead and contaminants will in fact leach into our water supply. Instead of further damaging this community with contamination risks, we ask that you please restore our water pods to at least give the citizens of Flint a safe source of water. This city cannot tolerate any further catastrophes.
