Apparently the ATF can invest funds to change classifcations that impact the firearms industry, but are failing to do their PRIMARY FUNCTION: TO ENFORCE THE LAWS. Here is an example where standard procedure is neglected and the ATF is not going to spend any time investigating this case within the first hours to verify if this was committed by those in the NICS system. No fingerprints, no ATF agents, nothing. This is what we are fighting for, this is what we need to stop. The AGENCIES NEED TO ENFORCE, NOT CREATE LAWS.
