Health Worsens

My PCP several weeks ago would not order Heavy Metal Testing and this week we got a letter in the mail indicating he is closing his practice the end of September 2016. We had heard back in early Spring at our local drugstore that he was planning to retire but when we asked his Staff about it they denied it. So now the Reality has hit home. On October 25 2016 I have an appt with my Neurologist who tested me earlier this year for MS to see if he will order the heavy metal testing. I also finally got my referrals to see Pain Management. My second appointment was this week on my birthday (082316) and I had to get a cortisone shot in my left shoulder bursa on top of arm. I follow up in a month. I also was told I have PTSD which came to no surprise to me. My Counselor has referred me out for an evaluation and that happens in 2 weeks. My Disability is still pending and the bad news with that is in NC there is a 21 month back log so I am no where close to even getting a Hearing date for my case. The Hearing date was requested on 022916. I have been in contact with Senator Burr's office and they are still assisting me in the background. I just want to thank everyone again for signing this petition and all the groups on Social Media for their help in getting this important topic fed to the public especially to those women who may not even know why they are sick. If everyone that reads this update today would kindly repost, retweet, share, etc our GFM page it would be a great help to us as we are still behind in paying our August bills. My last income was December 2014 when I had to stop working due to my worsening of health. My husband has been a Pulmonary lung patient since the end of 2011. We support and care for one another. He just celebrated his 51st birthday on 080716 and I am now 54. Kudos to Change.org for their wonderful page and outlet to make all Change awareness possible.
