UPDATED APRIL 2021! Biden signs new law making Sesame the 9th major allergen. To be regulated like nuts! Companies have 20 months to get into compliance. Starting Jan 2023, food labels will be required to disclose any sesame, even cross contamination. Hopefully many companies will begin to comply voluntarily much earlier as they get ready during this transition period.
