Good morning all and the fight continues.

We await the results of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request and 3 Congressionals directed at the FDA CDER Oncology /Hematology Division.

In the meantime, please continue to support the Petition by spreading the word.

Once we hear back from the FOIA, this will determine how the formal Citizens Petition gets filed with the FDA. The response from the FOIA is expected by September 11th at the earliest.
