Since October/November 2014, Bill Cosby has been accused of not only rape but being the most notorious serial rapist of all time from almost 50 women (with claims there are hundreds more). Since then, they have tried numerous times to convict Cosby of the crime but, as of today, still no charges have been filed against him but attacks against his character have been going for about 10 months now. So why has this happened? Why are so many women out to get him? That's a great question! Let's find out. Let's investigate what is really going on with Bill Cosby? Is he truly a serial rapist or are these women hiding something and organized a conspiracy against him.

I've been following these accusations very closely since I heard about them in November of 2014. Now before I continue, let me make one thing very clear. I am not supporting rape, I'm not a "rape apologist", nor am I defending a rapist. I am defending the truth. I've seen this same issue happen before against another famous black man - Michael Jackson. Jackson was accused of molesting children while they were in his care and the media turned against him but when the truth finally revealed itself in the court system, they could find no evidence to convict him and the boy finally admitted that his father made up the story to make himself rich and the father then committed suicide. So why did the media condemn him too? Great question. We'll never know unless someone speaks up so I will.

So let's go over what's happened to Bill Cosby so far:
These allegations started while Bill Cosby was doing stand-up comedy on his "Far From Finished" tour. The tour went across North America and was plagued by protesters both outside and inside the arena.
Couple of key notes from the tour:
- Attorney Gloria Allred followed Cosby's tour debuting 2 to 3 new accusers prior to each show
- Allred threatened Cosby on camera. Her famous quote: "Bill says he is far from finished, well we are far from finished with you"
- On Cosby's last show in Atlanta, she and a couple of her accusers even tried to buy tickets to his show just so she can disrupt the performance. Unfortunately, the Cobb Energy Centre in Atlanta was well informed of this attempt and created a blocked list of people not allowed into the arena. Bill Cosby has been attempted to get criminal charges against him 3 times in 3 different states (Chloe Goins in L.A., Lise-Lotte Lublin of Nevada, and Lili Bernard of New Jersey). Due to the allegations being so old (some as old as 40 years ago), very few got through. The accusers that snuck by managed to find states where they don't have a statute of limitations on rape and 1 case that just barely fit within that statute. Gloria Allred defends that the statute of limitations is what's protecting him and he can hide behind that. But the real question is why? Why did they not report it earlier? The answers are typically he's too powerful (do you mean successful? I did hear something about buying NBC), they suffer from PTSD (then why did they not see a psychologist?), or does one go against someone so famous? (you dial 911 - the police trump famous people).

But let's look a little deeper at some of his accusers. I hear a lot that they don't know each other and how reputable these women are. But are they? Let's take a look:
- Chloe Goins filed criminal charges against him in L.A. - She's a stripper but was also busted in Nevada for prostitution. Her story claims she was assaulted at the MidSummer Night's Dream party in LA at the Playboy Mansion but according to Cosby's legal team, he was in New York at the time and there's no evidence of Cosby attending. It's no surprise that as soon as that evidence landed, this story immediately died. Not a peep from anyone.
- Janice Dickinson, aka the world's first supermodel and reality TV star. She says she was assaulted in 1982 but that's not what her autobiography states. According to her own book, Cosby slammed the door in her face. She then backtracked claiming Cosby's legal team prevented her from saying anything bad about Cosby but again when his legal team stood up to Janice, she changed her tune to blaming her publisher. Eventually to keep her story straight she hired - low and behold - Gloria Allred's own daughter Lisa Bloom who is also an attorney.
- One victim codenamed "Patricia" (claims to be a Jane Doe from the Constand case) said she was assaulted in 1978. In the most bizarre tale ever, according to her own words: "He told me to convince him that I could remain regal and queenlike no matter what I looked like. I would leave the room and walk back in, pretending to be a queen with oatmeal on her face, and he would tell me I was doing it wrong and to go back and try again. Then, I started to feel weird from the drink. And then I don’t remember much." (Now granted this is one these tales where the model is coming for personal acting lessons from Cosby but I've never heard of this acting lesson before).
- According to the DailyCaller (http://dailycaller.com/2014/12/12/histories-of-several-cosby-accusers-cast-doubt-on-tales/), there's a few more including Chelan Lasha who has been arrested for (surprise, surprise) false reporting and prostitution.
Louisa Moritz - that Cosby forced his penis into her mouth in the dressing room and then threatened her backstage at the Johnny Carson-hosted talk show, which was then based in New York City. But Internet Movie Database records show that Cosby and Moritz never appeared together on an episode of The Tonight Show in 1971.
And that's just a few, there's 50 women to go through...I guess the idea is the more women you have, the more you have to discredit so might as well open the flood gates of attacks and no one will research the issue. Well, maybe except people like me...

Now because you can't prove it in a court of law, what's the next step? Ah yes, trash his reputation until his world crumbles around him. Vigilante justice or an attack on his character? Is this white supremacy showing its dominance over blacks because black people can't have success or power? That's a possibility.

And the list of things that have been attacked because they have an association with Bill Cosby seems endless. Recently, they are removing his statue from Disney World, they are trying to remove his US Medal of Freedom and his star from the Walk of Fame. Before that they got him to remove ties from the universities that he or his family attended or donated money to and they are exposing any bad press that Cosby has received in his lifetime. Does this seem appropriate action against a supposed rapist? I don't think so. That's why we have prisons.

And let's not forget the famous deposition documents from the Andrea Constand case in 2005. It took these groups 3 tries to get the document and finally the AP (Associated Press) gets the documents. It makes perfect sense to me that out of a giant document, they would post only couple of sentences that looks like he did it. Fear not though....it's not as bad as it might seem. He admited to using Quaaludes. But what is a Quaalude? Yes it does cause deep relaxation and could be used to treat insomnia but it's important to note that regular users build up a physical tolerance, requiring larger doses for the same effect. It was a very popular recreational drug in the 70s through early 80s (where most of these allegations are dated from) and the deposition does state that 2 women took it willingly. But they said their drinks were spiked? Which is it? Did Cosby have consenual sex with a women under the state of drugs or was it rape? (Note consent in the 70s isn't the same as it is today.)

Now, you ask - well who's behind this then? Well there's a lot of people involved in the process of taking out Bill Cosby but some stand out better than others. There's two public Facebook groups that go by the name "We Support the Survivors of Bill Cosby" (https://www.facebook.com/pages/We-Support-the-Survivors-of-Bill-Cosby/715166358581307) and it's spin-off group "Believe Women" (https://www.facebook.com/BelieveWomen). They are responsible for organizing protests against Bill Cosby.

They work day in and day out - making sure that Bill Cosby is removed from your memory for good. But don't believe me, check it out for yourself. It's a public page and the list of attacks on Bill Cosby throughout these 10 months is open to anyone without even joining or liking the page. Disagree with them like Whoopi Goldberg did on "The View" and they'll start a petition to remove her from the View (https://www.change.org/p/the-walt-disney-company-abc-remove-whoopi-goldberg-from-the-view).

What I am asking for is simple. Although Bill Cosby has been accused of being a serial rapist, there is no evidence in a physical court to claim that he is guilty and in North America the law states you are innocent until proven guilty. What's left is an attack on Bill Cosby's character that has been on going for almost a year. Let's investigate what's really going on here. Is Bill Cosby truly a serial rapist or is this just a conspiracy from money hungry, attention seeking attorneys like Gloria Allred and special interest groups to nail a famous black celebrity? Who's paying Gloria Allred? Has the accusers received money from Allred or other persons of interest to tell their story? If the accusers are telling the truth, they should have nothing to hide and should welcome an investigation.

Why can't Bill Cosby do it himself? It's...difficult to say the least. Since he's the defendent, he's allowed by law to say nothing at all because anything he says can be used against him...and it has, he's currently working to settle two defamation lawsuits by 3 women in the one case and Janice Dickinson in the other. Why doesn't he sue them for defamation? Because that's what Gloria Allred wants him to do. It's a trap to get him to go to court so he'll have to answer questions from her of his sexual past. He's better off saying nothing and let his lawyers work out the legal paperwork.

Andrea Constand, what is her part in this process? On July 8, 2015 the Toronto Sun claimed that "she has moved on from her heavy ordeal involving Bill Cosby." She also was quoted as saying "Respectfully, I don't talk about it and I don't plan on talking about it," she told me. "It's a force that is unfolding all on its own." Yet on the very same day, the Wrap reports that "Andrea Constand filed a new motion in her civil lawsuit against Bill Cosby on Wednesday, claiming that the embattled entertainer and his legal team have repeatedly violated the confidentiality agreement between the two sides stemming from the 2006 settlement of Constand’s sexual assault claims." It goes on to say "She also seeks the public release of “the entire deposition and settlement agreement." So what is really going on? Is Andrea Constand pretending to be innocent while secretly conspiring against him? She would be the one most knowledgeable about what is in the deposition documents over those who were just witnesses (the 13 Jane Does). I believe that she informed the women of its contents even though she was sworn to secrecy due to the terms of the settlement. That's why they put so much pressure to have the documents released because they knew they could use those documents against Cosby with the other women. Andrea's involvement needs to be investigated.
