Investigate Tina Tchen, Kim Foxx, and Jussie Smollett's Dropped Charges Immediately!!

The Issue

'Empire' actor Jussie Smollett faked an anti-black, anti-gay hate crime in Chicago in order to drum up publicity for his role on the Fox drama, get a bigger paycheck, and put himself in the spotlight, therefore gaining further fame.

In a shocking announcement Tuesday morning, authorities said they will not prosecute Smollett.

We have now learned that the judge granted a nolle pros, which essentially means that the case has been dropped and that he will no longer be prosecuted for the alleged crime.

Doubt was cast on the open-and-shut nature of the case when Fraternal Order of Police President Kevin Graham wrote the Justice Department following reports that Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx asked Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson to let the FBI investigate Smollett's allegations that he was attacked by two masked men after the former chief of staff to former first lady Michelle Obama allegedly informed Foxx that Smollett's family had concerns about the probe.

Left-wing billionaire mega-donor George Soros donated $408,000 in 2016 to a super PAC that supported Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx, whose office prosecuted — and dropped — the Jussie Smollett case.

There are many reports from local officials confirming that Jussie Smollett promoted and paid for a fake hate and assault crime in the City of Chicago, State of Illinois. The Chicago PD Superintendent Eddie Johnson, Rahm Emanuel call Jussie Smollett charges being dropped 'whitewash of justice' that cost the city more than $10,000.

"Where is the accountability in the system? You cannot have because of a person's position one set of rules applies to them and another set of rules apply to everyone else," Emanuel fumed, relating the ruling to the nationwide college admissions cheating scandal that broke earlier this month.

The National District Attorneys Association, which claims to represent roughly 2,700 prosecutors’ offices around the country, heavily criticized Foxx in a statement to Fox News.

First, when a chief prosecutor recuses him or herself, the recusal must apply to the entire office, not just the elected or appointed prosecutor. This is consistent with best practices for prosecutors’ offices around the country,” the statement began.

Second, prosecutors should not take advice from politically connected friends of the accused. Each case should be approached with the goal of justice for victims while protecting the rights of the defendant.

Third, when a prosecutor seeks to resolve a case through diversion or some other alternative to prosecution, it should be done so with an acknowledgement of culpability on the part of the defendant. A case with the consequential effects of Mr. Smollett’s should not be resolved without a finding of guilt or innocence.”

Fourth, expunging Mr. Smollett’s record at this immediate stage is counter to transparency. Law enforcement will now not be able to acknowledge that Mr. Smollett was indicted and charged with these horrible crimes and the full record of what occurred will be forever hidden from public view. Finally, we believe strongly that hate crimes should be prosecuted vigorously but the burden of proof should not be artificially increased due to the misguided decisions of others.”

This case sends a clear message that if you're in a position of influence and power, you are wealthy, and you have the right friends, you'll be treated one way and if you're not you'll be treated another way. This case makes it alarmingly clear that fame and wealth get you a free pass to break the law, while those without it face justice to the fullest. This must not be allowed to happen.

We the people ask the Justice Department, The Federal Bureau of Investigation, The President of the United States, The United States Congress, and The Supreme Court of the United States, to review and investigate this absurd and senseless perversion and desecration of our Justice System, our trust in Law Enforcement, and this exploitation of our faith in a legal system that claims to serve and protect.
