Amazing job everyone! THANK YOU ALL so much for your participation. We are in the process of preparing a formal letter to the president and the board. Here are the final results: Our initial goal was to obtain 300 signatures and within just 24 hours of the petition being made available to SCU students that goal had been exceeded. To date at the closing of the petition, at 5pm on May 29th there were over 540 signatures on the petition. Our central objective was to reach the student population. We have reviewed each of the 542 names and determined that 475 of the signatures were from current SCU students. The remaining 67 individuals who signed onto the petition include alumni, faculty, staff and other community members concerned about the critical issues we had raised. We will keep you all updated with the decision made by the president and the board!
