Family Union Is Essential

From 29th of January Ireland have closed the borders for non-essential travel including family members of their legal residents. It means that families have been living apart of their spouses and kids for 3 months now. It is worth mentioning that EU Citizen and Work Permit holders have the right to bring their families home once legally in the country.

The Department of Justice characterizes family reunification as “missing a loved one” when it goes much further. Countless of families have left their houses, jobs, schools to accept an offer coming from Ireland and now are experiencing particularly difficulties and dramatic realities such as the children's emotional problems, financial difficulties due to the high costs of two houses for the family group (in Brazil and Ireland) precarious living conditions because they have already left their homes and now are living with relatives, psychological disorders, loneliness of spouses in Ireland and many others issues.

Our requirement here is for Family Reunion to be included as an essential and humanitarian reason to travel to Ireland suspending the need to apply for a pre-clearance visa. Theses families intend to follow all necessaries measures requires by the Government to entry in the country.

Families are meant to be together in any country under any circumstances.
