On 11 March 2020, I was arrested and wrongfully accused of a crime I did not commit. I was framed by the mother of my son in an attempt to gain leverage over me in Family Court.

She has weaponized the system which is designed to push and encourage a Fatherless Agenda. Our elected officials have failed us. I am now calling on you for help to get many able and willing Father’s justice. 

We are asking our elected officials to repeal and revise Family Laws. They are outdated with many loopholes in which Father’s are being wrongfully accused and alienated from their children.

Restraining orders are issued without any proof of the allegations. There are no consequences for false reporting and fabrication.

A Father is no less of a parent than a Mother. When determining custody, according to the Law, it is in the best interest of a child to be with either parent. Yet, almost every case the Mother is granted custody or considered the custodial parent. 

According to the U.S Dept of Health and Human Services 63% of all teen suicides come from Fatherless homes.

90% of all runaways and homeless children are from fatherless homes (US Dept of Health).

85% of Children with behavioral problems come from fatherless homes (CDC).

71% of all high school dropouts come from fatherless homes (National Principals Association Report).

85% of all youths in prison come from fatherless homes (US Dept of Justice).

While these laws have been set in place to enforce so called Deadbeat Dads, they are proven to be ineffective. Instead, these laws are jamming up good law abiding fathers with everything to lose. I am begging you to see this through our eyes, take on our situation, and walk in our shoes.

Most of our elected officials have Families with Children, yet still make poor choices when it comes to the law for political and personal gain. I love my son, and my father loved me. But because of your broken system, he missed many days in my life.

My father is no longer here to be with me or his grandson. The standard and confidence that you have in the Family courts, who are entrusted to oversee these cases, Judges Lack within themselves. 

Most Judges, Lawyers, Psychologists and Officers of the Family Court are biased. They are tainted and conditioned to believe that only a Mother is suited to be the Custodial Parent or the better parent. Or that a child should only be with the Mother. They can’t see it any other way because this is how it’s been for years.

These Laws do not serve its purpose for which they were designed. They do not work for which they were intended. Women and Men who are actually being abused, can’t get justice. And the Parent who isn’t an abuser is the one being persecuted in order for the other parent to get leverage in court. 

Requests for Restraining Orders should not be issued without any proof of the allegations. There should be supporting Medical Records, Arrest Reports, Emails, Text Messages or Physical Evidence.

There should also be a push to enforce Perjury and Criminal Contempt. No Parent should be allowed to lie or mislead an Officer of the Court in order to gain some advantage against the other Parent. The system is being weaponized to blackmail and isolate a parent from their child.

Lastly, Child support is based on income before taxes. This is not a true accurate reflection of the actual take home income. 

If the Father lose their job, your law requires them to make the same annual income. It’s always the Father subject to this or he risks his license being suspended or he will go to jail. 

Shouldn’t the mother be subject to the same standard? It takes two people to make a child. But only one parent is liable of the consequences.

We are begging you to please Repeal, Revise and Reform these laws forthwith. For every day you spend time with your children we are losing one with our own.
