Prioritize the child’s safety, stability, and well-being in every custody decision. 5. Protect children from being relocated or placed in unsafe environments without proper oversight. 6. Introduce a jury system for custody conferences, providing impartial review and transparency in critical decisions. 7. Prevent systemic trauma from mismanagement, backdoor decisions, or silencing parents.
