Good going, we have gathered a support of over 5,000 people in under two days—thank you all so much for your incredible support!

That said, over 400,000 Skilled Worker visas have been issued since 2021, not including family members. The potential reach of this petition is enormous.

Please continue to support and share it widely, on Facebook groups, SMS, X, email, WhatsApp, and any other channels you’re part of. The more of us who raise our voices, the harder we are to ignore.

We fully understand and acknowledge the need for changes to migration laws and are not opposed to reform. However, our concern lies with the sudden change of rules mid-process for Skilled Worker visa holders. This shift has created significant uncertainty, anxiety, and a sense of unfair treatment for individuals who made life decisions based on the previous guidelines. We respectfully urge policymakers to consider the impact of retrospective changes and to uphold principles of fairness and stability for those already contributing to the UK under the Skilled Worker route.
