🗣18th May 2025 - Petition Update & Patient Story 📕 (Pineal Brain Tumour - Middle of the Brain)) 

🙏Collectively we all have nearly reached 400 Signatures! Thank You from the bottom of our hearts for your AMAZING Support! This is such an achievement and provides some “Hope”that eventually the Politicians, Hospital’s and Boards see through the rumours, miss understandings, media manipulation and LISTEN to the Patients and Families instead.

🧠Patient Story- Chrissy Schultheis (Mother of 3)  travelled all the way from Darwin to Sydney to have a Growth on the Pineal Gland removed. This tumour sits the dead centre of the brain 🧠 and most (if not all) Neurosurgeons will send you away for a watch and wait and never remove these growths. Never have we seen a successful Pineal Surgery via the Key Hole approach with no complications at a Public Hospital. 

Christine got full resection of her Pineal Growth which resolved many symptoms. 

Christine now spends her days enjoying life and spending precious time with her children outdoors. You should see the size of the fish 🎣 they catch! 

🗣Congratulations Christine, it’s great to see that smile and we wish you nothing but clear health in the future.

But……we won’t be silenced! We will keep sharing each and every story! They can’t be lost ❤️We need to never forget the impact this Man has had on so many lives in Australia and around the globe 🌎 

People are watching the outcome of this petition closely, so please do sign so AUSTRALIANS and FIRST NATIONS People can have their basic medical rights back, also receive “continuation” of care and be treated with human decency (not ignored or treated poorly because we sought Dr Teo out prior) YES 🙌 This is STILL occurring for many patients. 

🗣Including complete denial from the Neurosurgery sector and lack of access to medical diagnostic tools, scans, hospitals, surgical intervention(when needed), and support! Some patients are paying $450 for 30 minutes only to be told your “fine you need a psychiatrist”. Or to hand out multiple medications used for other conditions. There is also a fear from GP’s and Pain Clinics to appropriately manage people pain including crushing and debilitating 25/7 headaches. 

“Hopefully in the future Specialists and Dr’s understand the impact of a growth in the brain” 🙏

It changes your brain activity, it changes your thinking but most of all it changes you and the entire family.
