Rachel Champagne, retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, speaks about numerous cases of false allegations and wrongful convictions. When she reported these numerous false convictions to her command, she was relieved (fired) and reassigned to another office. 

On board a ship, she also witnessed three females plotting to falsely accuse a sailor. She reported to her ship's command, the Inspector General (IG) and the Judge Advocate General (JAG) and no one did anything and the sailor was convicted.
