Fair Work for All: Investigate Business Using Cash, Hiding Income, and Avoiding Taxes

The Issue

I am an immigrant living legally in the United States. I pay my taxes, follow the law, and believe in the core American values - honesty, equality, and transparency.

But in reality, I'm increasingly witnessing situations where individuals who officially report minimal income are purchasing property in cash, receiving government benefits, and living lifestyles that do not align with their declared earnings.

This is particularly common in certain business sectors, such as:

beauty salons

massage parlors

ethnic grocery stores

ethnic restaurants

warehouses and service points

In many of these businesses, workers are officially paid minimum wage while the rest is handed out in cash. Owners often register property and income under relatives' names and avoid fair taxation.

This practice undermines fair competition, devalues the labor of honest workers, deprive the state of tax revenue, erodes trust in the system.

We are not attacking individuals or communities. We are not targeting any nationality. We are simply demanding one set of rules for everyone.

We call for:

Randomized audits of high-risk industries, regardless of ethnic background.

Greater enforcement around discrepancies between lifestyle and report income.

Public accountability for inspections and the result they yield.

America is the land of opportunity - but it should not become the land of loopholes. We stand for honesty. We stand for fairness. We stand for respect for the law.

Sign this petition if you see the same injustice - and believe it's time to change.

Share it so that every honest worker and taxpayer can be heard.
