Fantastic News. The Kokoda Track Authority has made minimum pay for porters a priority in its February meeting with Tour Operators. Operators will have to OFFICIALLY sign up to a minimum wage which may be HIGHER than 100 kina per day.

This is a great Victory for our campaign.

But we will lot let up. We will keep pushing for this simple change because it is right. We will not let the discussion be distracted by other matters until this has been resolved.
