Congratulations! Our next milestone is 2500

Congratulations and thank you all for all your efforts to bring us over the line and reach our formidable goal of 1500!

Shortly after noon today, we hit our goal of 1500!

Our next milestone is 2500 by July 31.

We are pleased to have received the endorsement of the esteemed DC Federation of Civic Associations which directed all its member associations to consider similar endorsements and last night Fairlawn Citizens Association passed a resolution supporting our E-bike Bill. Earlier this year we received endorsements from Dupont East Civic Action Association and the West End Citizens Association. 

Next step is to get a sponsor in the DC Council. Your thoughts on how best to do that are appreciated.

Meanwhile we are using social media. Next Door reports our post ‘Do we need bike lanes in DC’ received 3.9K views! “Trusted neighbors like you are making a difference,” it writes.

Look for us outside your Safeway showing our QR code inviting neighbors to sign our petition. Join us there.
