On July 1, 2025, Facebook suddenly restricted and hid my entire account without any explanation. They claimed it was due to a violation of their “Child Sexual Exploitation” policy — which is entirely false.

The content in question was non-sexual, anime-style artwork, fully clothed and harmless. No warning was given. I was not told which post triggered the ban.

When I tried to appeal using the “Request Review” button, it did nothing. No form, no response, no confirmation.

As a minor, I cannot provide a government ID. Facebook offered no alternative way to verify or contact support.

My posts, friends, and years of memories were erased overnight — and I’ve been completely locked out.

❗ This is a breach of transparency and digital rights.

I’ve reached out to Meta through multiple channels — no response.
I’ve submitted a formal complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

I need your support to raise awareness and pressure Meta to:

Restore my account after manual review
Show what content was flagged
Provide an appeal method for minors
Fix the broken “Request Review” system
