Animal Heaven Animal Rescue 10 hrs · Of late, a small few have questioned my silence. Some saying it was a sign of guilt. Well let me make it clear to our wonderful supporters who have stood strong by our side. We were taking the time to produce the evidence that clearly a hatchet job is being done on AHAR. Why did RTE, who use public monies, not do proper research or report accurately on our animal welfare record?. Why did RTE choose to use licence payers money to bring a drone down from Dublin to fly over AHAR, had they asked. We would have given them full access to the property at no time did anyone from RTE contact us to request a visit to the premises. Here is a statement from the proper experts, the proper authorities, The Department of Agriculture. We had an unannounced inspection last Friday, and achieved full marks. Tomorrow in The Kerryman newspaper, you can read my account of the real facts, where I chose to break my silence to a journalist called Stephen Fernane who wanted to hear the other side of the story, not just one who wanted to create another sensational report egged on by a small handful of women who now, finally, admit they want to take over Ahar. That is what they have wanted all along. I hope all of you will again proudly say you support AHAR. Love Suzanne
