Pictures with two middle fingers being flipped off? Not a problem. Calling a disabled person "a spider" or anyone (disabled or able) a "gimp"? Not a problem. At least to Facebook, they aren't problems—despite that their own TOS says that they are problems. Thus, one can see why Facebook is lax in terms of removing hate pages. However, 1,000 or more of us will make Facebook follow their own TOS if we speak up swiftly and powerfully. Sign and/or share this petition to be and/or help give a voice to the 1,000 or more people who want obscenity, discrimination against people with disabilities, and other abusiveness off of Facebook. Obviously—and keep in mind—not only ethnic groups ("races") and women have to deal with hate pages that target them on Facebook.
