Not much China is doing against the ongoing cruelty

July 7th 2015:A truck travelling along the TIANJIN motorway (One of the four municipalities directly under the Central Authority )was the cause of an accident, having hit other vehicles and it was discovered full of dogs squeezed into small cages!! -Very quickly, the local militants, those from Beijing and elsewhere, went there. Among these dogs, there were alsatians, Tibetan mastiffs, Huskies, golden retrievers. Some were wearing collars...
