While these may help one or two people, we have come up with an idea to improve the sleep of everyone it impacts by one full hour guaranteed. This one doesn't take a hit to your wallet.
It's simple, we will change daylight savings to add one extra hour every year that we fall back. This means we get two full extra hours of sleep on those nights, regardless of any other sleep-saving techniques. This will guarantee a more productive day, giving you the momentum needed going into the colder months. And this is only the beginning, because once we have proven this to work, we can fight for you to get as many hours as possible. If we can turn back a full 8 hours, that is a full night’s sleep without ever impacting the rest of your workday.
