**Hyderabad Metro Rail Managing Director, Mr. NVS Reddy, MP Mr. Etela Rajender, MLA Mr. K. Vivekananda Goud, and MLA Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy were honored with expressions of gratitude from Dr. Oruganti Venkateswarlu Yadav, President of KITEA and Managing Director of Lasya Infotech.**

Hyderabad (January 2, 2025): The North Hyderabad Metro Rail Sadhana Committee (NHMRSS) has expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Mr. Revanth Reddy for providing a New Year gift in the form of approval for the extension of Metro Rail to the underserved regions of Paradise-Medchal and JBS-Shamirpet. Dr. Oruganti Venkateswarlu Yadav, the Chief Member of NHMRSS and President of KITEA, stated that their efforts over the past two years have finally borne fruit. He emphasized that Chief Minister Mr. Revanth Reddy's directives to authorities for preparing a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Paradise-Medchal (23 kilometers) and JBS-Shamirpet (22 kilometers) metro corridors have created a festive atmosphere for the people of North Hyderabad. 

Dr. Yadav expressed confidence that this metro extension will not only accelerate the development of North City but also alleviate traffic challenges for the residents of North Telangana. He highlighted that over twenty thousand people signed online petitions for the Metro Rail, and they personally met with leaders and officials from the Streets to Delhi to explain the necessity of the project and submit requests. He reminded everyone of their previous successes, including the achievement of the Gateway IT Park in Medchal through KITEA’s efforts.

Special thanks and appreciation were extended to Mr. Etela Rajender, Member of Parliament for Malakajgiri, for his unwavering support for the North Hyderabad Metro Rail initiative. 

Dr. Yadav urged both the Telangana and Indian governments to ensure that this project not only remains on paper but is also implemented quickly.
