Now that we have crossed 100 signatures I have sent the petition to the HOA. The initial response was that the pool is still available to everyone for an additional 10 hours a day and that the other 2 pools (Little kid pools) are still available during that. I have explained to them the issues there and reiterated the desire to open the pool to everyone. 

 

That being said please continue to share the petition. The more signatures we receive the better our case will be.
