I just wanted to add some more context for those who may not be familiar with Moishe House. Moishe House is a non-profit organization for young Jewish adults. "Residents" are young adults living in a residence registered as a "Moishe House." At said residence, the young adults residing there are responsible to plan and host several sponsored events (funded through a budget from the non-profit) per month. These events typically include a Shabbat meal, groups ventures outside the residence, and also require (Jewish) education and philanthropical themes. These houses are located globally, and are great for networking, making new friends, and sometimes even finding your future spouse. This group is important to me because I had moved to town during the pandemic and had a hard time finding people to connect with, let alone people who I could relate to through religious connection. I also like that the religious aspects are not forced upon you, meaning you can define what religion means to you and participate as much or as little as you want too. Here is the website if you'd like to further explore: https://www.moishehouse.org/ I am looking to present this to Moishe House headquarters after the Jewish high holidays so I am looking to collect as many signatures as possible. Thank you to all who have supported already.
