Current policies only allow for video game refunds for games played for less than 2 hours. We propose extending this to a 3-hour playtime, giving gamers a better opportunity to evaluate their purchase. This represents a fair middle ground that respects both consumer rights and developers' investments.

Furthermore, we believe that all gamers, regardless of their location, should be allowed to make purchases using their own currencies. Many Egyptian gamers are forced to convert to foreign currencies to buy games, which raises unnecessary financial burdens. We argue for the adoption of the Egyptian pound in transactions. Everyone should be treated equally in the gaming community, regardless of where they live or what currency they use.
