The public image of the furry fandom is becoming more and more prevalent in today's age and even in the biggest orgs that support it have still not evolved to prevent aspects that have been heavily pushed in the past from representing our (myself included) fandom. I'm talking about e621, the furry archival site for art, but explicitly their willingness, even as our fandom grows to allow a "haven" for (lack of a better word) creeps, I'm not talking about extreme fetishists, I'm talking about people who get sexual gratification out of the idea of minors in explicit "scenarios" whether it be a human depicted or an animal, this is still foul. Allowing these things to stir in places like this gives these people the idea that they are welcome in the community while doing this, in my and many others' minds, they are/should not be. This behavior affects us not only inside the fandom but possibly outside. Excuse my unprofessionalism, but imagine if the media finds this? They will assume this is a majority, and we will be viewed as we were in the early 2000s or possibly even worse. 

I just hope this is all I need to say to show the importance of this issue. Many will struggle in social life if this is not acted on in the near future with family and friends. I thank you for supporting this petition
