My daughter suffers from a wide variety of extra needs. She has been expelled for Academic Concerns. Have  you ever heard such a thing?  Expelled for not doing her work.So she has an IEP. It is for speech only and I knew she needed help in her social skills. And I have constantly asked for help in that area. Finally she recieved a eval for Social, Emotional,and Behavioral or SEB. And she meets Eligilibity to add SEB to her IEP.I have been trying to add SEB to Her IEP since October. And Consistently asked for an IEP meeting of period never got one. The only meetings I received was the 1st one was a conference which every student recieved.And then the 2nd meeting was to let me know she was expelled.We have 4 1/2 Months left at this School.  And for a child to suffer in social skills including adaption is only to hurt my daughter, not to help. And to add we have been at this shool  for both my older children since they have been in Kindergarten. So oldest daughter In 2015. Then Karina the one who got expelled has been there since 2017. We have 4 1/2 Months left and they try to get rid of her. And might I add there is a new Principal this year at her school. My daughters attend dual Immersion program. And this is the first year with the new principal and they have stopped that program. For the kindergarteners and future. And switched it to a different school. Why is this important I believe my daughter is being racially targeted and discriminated against in the new Principal's determinarion to expell her.She was always singled out, And ridiculed in front of her class, her peers.

A bonus in Being at the same school for years, is us parents all know each other. And other kids do not do there work. There have been kids that broght a vape and used a vape. There have been kids who brought a knife. And they never got expelled. But with white skin and have not been expelled. Only my daughter. Mi hija. No es justo. It is not fair. Please we need help to fight for Racism, Education,Equality. Sign to let her finish at her school, with her friends and Family.
