For the past three weeks, I have been unable to sleep or eat, overwhelmed by anxiety over the horrendous genocide unfolding in my country, Iran. Over 20,000 people have lost their lives in the past two weeks alone, as the tyrannical regime deploys tanks and military equipment to attack universities, imprison students, and subject them to torture and executions. Despite these horrifying human rights abuses, the world remains a mere spectator.

The presence of representatives of Iran's Islamic regime on U.S. and Canadian soil exacerbates my fear. This regime, already notorious for its brutal repression and disregard for basic human rights, has instigated planned terrorist attacks against the Iranian diaspora here. As a resident of North America, the continued presence of Iranian government officials, including ambassadors and other representatives, poses an existential threat to our safety and our principles as nations that uphold human dignity and rights.

This petition calls for the immediate expulsion of all representatives of the Iranian dictatorship from U.S. and Canadian territories. Our safety and moral integrity demand decisive action. We cannot allow the architects of such gross human rights violations to remain in our lands under diplomatic pretexts.

We urge the governments of the United States and Canada to stand in solidarity with the Iranian community and all advocates of human rights and democracy worldwide. By expelling these regime representatives, we send a strong message against tyranny and in support of freedom and justice.
