Today (March 8, 2023), two student-organized media outlets at the University of Colorado Boulder published a collaborative article about Deuce’s allegations after extensive interviewing and research lasting over a month. The article is extremely well written and includes additional testimony, as well as direct proof that Roberson is still sexually harassing girls as recently as September 2022. This man is as much of a threat as he has ever been. There is no reforming a serial rapist. There is absolutely no excuse or place for him on campus with girls he has raped, assaulted, or harassed in high school.
On February 23, the El Paso County Sheriff’s office “reactivated” an investigation that has been open since October 2018 when at least two girls made allegations of sexual exploitation.
This is a continuous pattern of extremely dangerous behavior that needs to be brought to light. Dozens of girls and families affected need to find justice and peace. We are also owed a huge apology by the different organizations that enabled Deuce and didn’t check his behavior for years: CU Boulder, his family, particularly his mother and sister who have ruthlessly harassed victims in the past, the principals, athletic director, counselors, admin, and former football coaches of Palmer Ridge High School, enablers on the football team like Luke McAllister and Connor Cook, the NCAA who learned of his allegations two years ago, the Lewis-Palmer District 38 school board, Coach Prime, and CU Boulder admissions/recruiting in addition to the Dean’s Office and the OIEC here that initially dismissed the first girl who came to them expressing concern for girls safety on January 14th.
