First let me thank you for your support: we now have OVER 75,000 signatures. But we still need 25,000 more to get the petiton before Parliament.
To this end, can you please keep sharing? Facebook, WhatsApp, X etc ( apologies - I'm 79 so not very cyber savvy)
Tell your mothers, grandmothers, work colleagues - in fact anyone who's over 70 needs to know they can self-refer via their local Breast ScreeningUnit, as I did - and help save lives.
The BBC picked up the story and came and interviewed me which has helped. Channel 5 News are interested when I'm over the surgery I had two weeks ago.
I'm due to have conversations with Peers in the House of Lords (where it's already been raised) and with MPs prepared to support my petition.
I will do anything I can to bring it to Parliament but still need your help.
