Our jurisdiction is only unincorporated Lane County, not the cities within the county. This means all Eugene/Springfield City limit cases would be the responsibility of Eugene Police Dept/Springfield PD, respectively, based on their own approaches.
We do have a small budget for support of spay and neuter vouchers on owned animals for income qualifying individuals. These vouchers are used at supporting local clinics. We have no funding for addressing feral populations.
