Request for Urgent Stakeholder Engagement Meeting

Dear Ms. Agbeshie,

We write on behalf of over five hundred (500) parents of Cornerstone International Academy, united by our shared commitment to the well-being, development, and success of our children.

As key stakeholders and partners in the educational journey of our children, we respectfully request an urgent meeting with the school's leadership to discuss several matters that have become sources of growing concern among parents. These issues include:

1. Recent Fee Increments
2. Hygienic Conditions of Student Restrooms
3. Quality and Standards of Food Services
4. Policies Regarding Arrival After 8:15 a.m.
5. Available Modes of Fee Payment
6. Customer Service and Parent Engagement Experience
7. Consideration of Discounts for Families with More Than Two (2) Children Enrolled

While we acknowledge the efforts of the school in delivering quality education, many parents have expressed increasing dissatisfaction with aspects of the school's engagement with both parents and students. We believe these concerns warrant immediate open dialogue and collaborative discussion to strengthen the partnership between the school and its parent community.

Our objective is not merely to raise concerns, but to work together constructively toward solutions that enhance the overall experience and welfare of our children while preserving the values and reputation of the institution.

We would be grateful if a meeting could be scheduled at the earliest possible opportunity and preferably before mid-June 2026.  We remain confident that through mutual respect, transparency, and engagement, we can address these matters in the best interests of the students and the school community.
