Ron has been summoned on August 9, 2023, to answer concocted charges by Farmington City, UT, Plaintiff.

Ron is still innocent, but 6+ months after being sentenced for his false charges of arson and obstructing justice—and paying several hundred dollars per month with his low-income (to eventually pay well over $30,000 for damages)—Ron is now suddenly facing false and concocted charges of providing false or misleading information (two Class B Misdemeanors) and of false representation of military award (a Class C Misdemeanor).

Ron has not been informed what he did to warrant the Class B Misdemeanors (providing false or misleading information). But those who are charging him KNOW that Ron has pronounced neurological and cognitive disabilities originating from a traumatic brain injury (TBI) as a child, and they are intentionally taking advantage of his cognitive and communicative disabilities.

Ron's Disabilities

Ron can be easily manipulated and taken advantage of. He has difficulty understanding the context of what people say.

Ron has great difficulty explaining events linearly or in a coherent fashion, and often confuses two similar events that he has experienced. When recounting connected events in one narrative, he explains them without clearly stating that they are separate events, making it hard to understand him.

Ron forgets to mention important details when explaining things, or he adds details that are irrelevant to that moment, event, or purpose.

He struggles to explain things related to time. E.g., when Ron says "earlier that DAY," he may mean just five minutes earlier than a reference time, or 11pm (at night!), or he may mean "in the early afternoon."

Because of these pronounced disabilities of Ron, the Prosecution has abundant material with which they can knowingly and falsely accuse him of providing false or misleading information. We have to STOP this!

Charge of False Representation of Military Award

As for the allegation that Ron lied about military service or award, he didn't lie! When Ron was falsely declared dead or incarcerated for life by his roommates who stole all of his records and possessions, his military records were dead-filed. These military records did not automatic restore when Ron went to restore his living status, social security and other vital records.

Ron completed his military service in 1994, over three decades before the fire occurred that he was falsely charged for starting. His military service had nothing to do with the fire. Yet, at Ron's sentencing for the "arson," his attorney insisted on only speaking about the exemplary, notable, high praise of Ron's military service — he spoke of absolutely nothing else (not even anything about Ron's character or the case)! Ron was not allowed to speak even a word in that court session.

Then in the next hearing, after it was mentioned in court that there are no military records for Ron (as explained above), that same attorney for Ron did nothing but say that Ron profusely apologizes for misleading the court of his supposedly false claim of military award. Ron was not allowed to speak even a word in this hearing, either.
