Por ello, lanzamos este movimiento coordinado para exigir medidas colectivas. Elevamos esta petición directamente al Gobierno de España y al Presidente Pedro Sánchez. En toda Europa, el Presidente Sánchez ha demostrado ser el líder más valiente y firme a la hora de plantar cara a los abusos de las grandes tecnológicas (Big Tech) y defender a los ciudadanos y al tejido empresarial frente a los gigantes corporativos. Confiamos en su liderazgo para que España encabece esta batalla legal.

¿Qué ocurrirá cuando consigamos las firmas? Nuestro plan de acción:
Al alcanzar nuestro objetivo, entregaremos formalmente estas firmas ante la Presidencia del Gobierno para activar los siguientes mecanismos:

Investigación de oficio por prácticas abusivas: Solicitaremos al Ministerio de Consumo y a la Secretaría de Estado de Digitalización una inspección formal a Meta España por desprotección financiera a las empresas que contratan su publicidad.
Presión ante la Unión Europea (Ley de Mercados Digitales): Impulsaremos que el Gobierno de España eleve el caso a la Comisión Europea. Bajo la ley DMA, la UE tiene el poder de sancionar severamente a Meta si abusa de su posición y perjudica a las empresas que dependen de su algoritmo.
Mesa de Arbitraje y Reembolso Obligatorio: Exigiremos la creación de un canal de reclamación independiente en España que obligue por ley a Meta a devolver el dinero de forma automática ante fallos de sistema demostrables.

When their platform experiences bugs, delivery glitches, or system-wide crashes, the ad budgets of our brands, agencies, and small businesses bleed dry in a matter of hours. In return, we only get copy-pasted replies from automated bots, forcing us to absorb financial losses that are not our fault.

Because of this, we are launching a unified movement to demand collective action. We are addressing this petition directly to the Government of Spain and Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez. Across Europe, President Sánchez has consistently proven to be the most courageous leader when it comes to standing up against the abuses of Big Tech and protecting businesses from giant corporate bullies. We fully trust his administration to lead this legal charge.

What happens when we get the signatures? Our action plan:
Once we hit our target, we will formally deliver these signatures to the Spanish Government to trigger the following mechanisms:

Official Investigation into Abusive Practices: We will request the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and the Secretariat for Digitalization to launch a formal inspection into Meta for leaving businesses financially defenseless.
European Union Intervention (Digital Markets Act): We will push the Spanish Government to escalate this case to the European Commission. Under the DMA, the EU holds the power to heavily sanction Meta if its broken algorithm harms the businesses relying on it.
Mandatory Arbitration and Automatic Refunds: We will demand an independent, legally binding arbitration channel in Spain that forces Meta to automatically refund ad spend whenever a system glitch is verified.
