We, the undersigned residents, request that the city of Bridgeport and Bridgeport chief of police take effective action to stop excessive sound and vibration emanating from Creative Venue & Rentals, LLC. located at 40 Logan Street.

We request the enforcement of chapter 8.80.050 of the Bridgeport municipal code, "It is recognized that people have a right to and should be ensured an environment free from excessive sound and vibration that may jeopardize their health or safety or welfare or degrade the quality of life", as stated in Bridgeport Code of Ordinances, chapter 8.80.010, entitled "Purpose".

The excessive noise disturbances disregard and disrespect the peace and wellbeing of all residents in the surrounding areas, including Bridgeport, Stratford, and Milford. The loud vibrating bass has occurred during both weeknights and weekends, for the past several months, on a regular basis. We, the undersigned residents, have placed many calls to the Bridgeport police department, reporting  the loud music with pounding bass. The excessive noise and vibration has continued all hours of the night, despite our repeated complaints.
