I am finalising terms to take my case forward for a judicial review of the London Plan. In the absence of clarity from the Mayor of London's office - which I have requested - I am assuming that the six weeks for a legal challenge of the plan started last Friday when Robert Jenrick gave it his approval.

I need to raise an additional £700 in order to:

1. get a full opinion on all the areas I have laid out and which takes in to account responses that I have received from The Mayor of London and Robert Jenrick to letters I have sent them;

2. send a pre-action letter to the Mayor on all issues where my legal counsel considers that there are sufficient merits to take a case forward.

My counsel will consider responses and advise me at that point whether I should consider applying for a judicial review of the London Plan.
