Sadiq Khan has announced that he will shortly publish the new London Plan.

I have written to the Mayor of London asking him to withdraw the plan on the basis that his officers removed air quality as a constraint when housing targets were agreed for sites across London in the plan. In the light of a coroner's verdict on 16 December 2020 that pollution was one of the causes of the death of a 9-year old child in Lewisham in 2013, the plan is surely no longer tenable.
