Please read how Natural England and the Inspectors of the London Plan have waved through a plan for development on an unprecedented scale without scientific evidence that it will NOT cause harm to protected ancient woodlands and grasslands and to protected birds and beetles and other species across London.

And please donate to my fundraising to take the London Plan to judicial review:

There is plenty of evidence that the London Plan will have a massively detrimental effect on protected habitats and species across London.
But if Natural England says it is happy with the plan - no matter how flawed such an opinion may be - and the Inspectors of the Plan are happy with the Plan because Natural England says it is happy - without any requirement on the Inspectors to scrutinise the basis of Natural England's opinion, the plan can stand.
This is why judicial review is the only route left to challenge the London Plan on the grounds that the assessment of its effect on our most special and protected areas of nature in London is not based on scientific evidence and can be undermined by available evidence and expert opinion
For example, I have spoken to UK and international experts with many many decades of research experience studying the stag beetle. I believe that I have a strong case for undermining the conclusions of the Inspectors' of the London Plan and of Natural England.
