Yesterday (6th November 24) at Liverpool Magistrates. Ex-Litherland Labour Councillor, former Mayor and Cabinet member under Peter Dowd's leadership of the Council, received a 9 month suspended sentence for his indecent images of children (160 images including 80 Class A images of children as young as 5 yrs old)  and an  Extreme pornography offence involving Beastiality. This petition seeks to call on the Justice Secretary, Shabab Mahood MP to impose a more punitive sentence!
